Pizza, noodles, tiramisu … a lot of people love the italian kitchen. My too.
On summer evenings, I like to eat outside and enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day. At this moment perfect is a light dinner with white wine.
Ideal are bruschetta á la Michaela. 😎
Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 1 baguette
- 8 – 10 tomatos
- 1 glove of garlic
- basil
- 2 mozzarella
- olive oil
- salt / pepper
Preparation:
- Wet the baguette and put it in the oven for aprox 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
- In the meantime wash the tomatos and the basil
- Peel the garlic and cut the tomatos and the basil in small pieces, press the garlic on the tomatos
- Cut the mozzarella in stripes.
- Mix the tomatos and the garlic with olive oil, basil, salt and pepper
- Cut the bread in 4 halfs
- Drizzle the roasted baguette with olive oil and cover the roasted bread with the tomato-garlic-basil mass.
- Cover the bread with the mozzarella stripes and put it for aprox 5 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Once the mozzarella has gone and the bread has cooled down a bit, you can eat it.
Enjoy your summer evenings 💚
