A lot of fabulous food blogger post every day great kinds of smoothie bowls.
I’m infacting and have tried it myself. It was my first smoothie bowl and my first pink creation. 😅
On instagram you can see my first effort to make a smoothie bowl. My poll showed me, that you like my first pink creation. I’m a bit proud although I need some practice.
I want to use your enthusiasm on instagram and would like to immortalise my recipe for this on my blog.
Ingredients for 2 bowls:
- 1 banana
- 200 g wild berries (frozen)
- 1 half avocado
- 100 ml almond milk
- chia seeds
For the topping
- chia seeds
- banana
- cornflakes/granola bar
Preparation:
- Fill the frozen wild berries with the banana the half avocado with the almond milk and the chia seeds together in a mixer.
- Mix the ingredients until they have the consistency of a mush.
- Fill the porridge into a bowl and decorate it with your toppings (an example of this listed above). In example crush the granola bar in little pieces.
- Enjoy you smoothie bowl fresh and cool for breakfast.





If you have rests of the mass you can mix it together with yoghurt and fresh fruits or can frozen as an ice cream.
