When it´s hot in the summer, I usually have less appetite for hot meals. I also cook less. I´m looking forward to fresh fruit and gladly an ice cream. I prefer refreshing, light meals. Do you feel the same?
Fast an super easy to prepare are smoothiebowls. The summer offer a lot of fresh fruits, if you use frozen fruits you get a nicecream bowl. Perfectly for very hot summer days as an snack or for a breakfast.

For one berry-smoothie-nicecream-bowl you need following things:
Ingredients:
- 125 g frozen berries
- 1 half banana
- a little bit water
- for topping: fresh fruits or chocholate nips or nuts
Preparation:
- Blend the frozen berries togheter with the banana. Add a little bit of water.
- Fill everything in a bowl and decorate with your toppings.
Finished is a refreshing and cooling smoothiebowl.





Of course, you can also use other types of fruit as you like. Just experiment with the things you like to eat a bit until you find your perfect mix. The next warm summer’s day is already waiting.
