But what is, if you have time and you don´t like meat?
One super easy possible and almost vegan are chickpeas burger.
Chickpeas contain a great deal of nutrients and they are good for digestion, contain plenty of proteins and vitamins. So it can´t hurt to take a handful of them every day.
Ingredients:
- chickpeas (prefers a can)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- salt/pepper
- oil
Preparation:
- At first press small the chickpeas or use a blender
- Mix the chickpeas with the egg, salt, pepper and oil together an press the garlic to the mass
- Cut the onion in small pieces and stir
- Form the mass and roll it in breadcrumbs
The burgers are especially delicious when you stir fresh herbs under the dough. They taste juicier and fresher and are also a great eye-catcher.
If you don´t use soaked chickpeas, is it important you are soaking the chickpeas 24 hours.
