Healthy and delicious pancakes

Pancakes! You can find pancakes in different kinds, with and without flour, with and without eggs, with chocolate powder and with different toppings like honey, yoghurt, fruits, chocolate sauce etc. If you search the word “pancakes” in google you can find more than 120.000.000 entries. That’s a lot.
Why you should know one recipe more?

Normally you don’t more time for pancakes than for porridge or a cooked egg. But I’m preparing pancakes only on weekends, because I have more time and can enjoy together with my boyfriend. Thats the reason pancakes are for me a special breakfast.

Some weeks ago I posted a pancake recipe with oatmeal and banana as a dough. It’s a sweeter taste and a special texture but the possibility for a fluffy dough it isn’t present. If you want to try the oatmeal-banana-pancakes follow the link.

This recipe is classical with healthy flour. Also very delicious and super quick to prepare. And the best thing is, you have a very fluffy dough.

Preparing time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for 2 persons :
  • 150 g fullkorn flour
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 g Nature yoghurt
  • 1 Pck. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sprinkle of cinnamon
  • coconut oil for frying
Preparing:
  1. Blend milk and eggs together and add the nature yoghurt
  2. Blend flour with the baking powder and mix it under the mass of milk, egg and yoghurt. In connection add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. Fry the pancakes in a pan with coconut oil.

I topped my pancakes with yoghurt, cinnamon, blueberries and banana. Please feel free to enjoy your own choice. For a sweeter taste you can eat the pancakes with honey, chocolate cream or peanut butter.
