Spaghetti bolognese

I love noodles. Cooked noodles, fried noodles, hot and cold, spaghetti, gnocchis, farfalle or tagliatelle too. They are my favourit side dish as for curry, in soups or classic as spaghetti bolognese.

Preparing time: 20 minutes / 2 persons
Ingredients:
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 150 g organic minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 1 can of tomato pieces
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • If you like it spicy, 1 chilli
Preparing:
  1. Peel the glove of garlic and the onion and cut into small pieces
  2. Bring the noodles to boil for 10 minutes
  3. Mix minced meat with salt and pepper
  4. In the meantime fry the onions and garlic in a pan. Ad the mixed minced meat and fry everything for another 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste.
  5. If you like it spicy, add chilli.
  6. Complete everything with the tomato pieces and tast everything with salt and pepper to taste. If you like, add fresh herbs like oregano.
  7. Let the sauce simmer.
  8. Mix the sauce with cooked spaghetti and enjoy.
