I just have to share this recipe with you. Anyone who follows me on instagram already knows from my stories how incredibly chocolaty and creamy I find this overnight chocolate-chia-pudding. OK, in addition, I’m a chocolate fan but it’s so quick and easy to prepare and you don’t need a lot of ingredients. It’s perfect if you have no time for a breakfast in the morning, you don’t have to cook. You can prepare this on the evening before and fill up in a jar for take away.
If you take plant based milk or water instead of animal milk you can also quickly transform the breakfast to a vegan breakfast.
Preparingtime: 10 minutes plus 15 minutes stirring time an 1 night to cool
Ingredients for one overnight chocolate-chia-pudding:
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp chocolate powder
- vanilla
- 200 ml of milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
Preparing:
- Break the banana into small pieces and put it into a blender.
- Add the chocolate powder, vanilla and 200 ml of milk.
- Mix all things togheter and add 4 tablespoons of chia seeds.
- Stir the mixture well first, then again and again for the next 15 minutes. Fill the mixtures in a jar and let it overnight in your fridge.
- In the morning you can enjoy your overnight chocolate-chia-pudding.




If you like you can serve it with fresh fruits, quinoa, chocolate or coconut nips. You can also choose twice the amount of ingredients and prepare your breakfast for two days.
Of course you can eat for breakfast but also in between. Believe me, it’s so delicious.
