Nowadays many people of the world are having food allergies or they’re reaction very sensitiv about food. One of the most known food allergies are the nut allergie or a lactose intolerance.
Since weeks my boyfriend and I we tried a lot of different ways for a healthier and easier way for a better body feeling. Since weeks we’re changing our habits in a gluten- and dairy free lifestyle. About lactose free milk over beer or bread …
Hidden in almost all things you can find gluten. But today it’s not so hard anymore to find racks with a lot of gluten- and dairy free products in the supermarkets. About bread, buns, beer, cookies, chocolate, yoghurt and more you can find a lot of different things. But for that you need a bigger wallet. In Germany you’re paying approx 3 € for a 500 g bread but for a 250 g gluten free bread you’re paying approx 5 €. Why that?
But this article it’s not about a gluten free lifestyle. If you wish more information about this topic let me know in a comment.
I want to share with you a recipe for a super delicious gluten and lactose free quark cake. Because it’s valentins day I used a heart form for the cake.
